Villa Pantai Rates Per Night (AUS Dollars)
Minimum 3 night stay. Total cost subject to 10% service charge and bond.

Security Bond
A security bond of AUS $500, or 10% of the total (greatest amount applies) is payable with the final balance prior to occupancy.
The full security bond will be returned once the property has been inspected, (usually within 7 days of departure), on the provisor that no additional cleaning and/or repairs beyond what is deemed reasonable are required. Any extra maintenance required is deducted from bond.

Incidentals:
In addition to your accommodation, a host of extra services are available to make your time at Villa Pantai most enjoyable. Such incidentals are to be paid for on check-out in local currency or AUS dollars (sorry, no credit cards accepted).

Gratuities:
Please note that a basic 10% service charge is added to the published rate to cover staff gratuities. However, if you wish to acknowledge outstanding service by a further tip at the end of your stay, please give payments to the Villa Manager, Gede who will distribute as requested. Your Villa Pantai experience is a team effort so we would like the opportunity to share tips fairly between all staff.
