Incidentals
In addition to your accommodation, a host of extra services are available to make your time at Villa Pantai most enjoyable. Such incidentals are to be paid for on check-out in local currency or AUS dollars (sorry, no credit cards accepted).
Food, beverages and incidentals all attract a 10% government tax and a 10% service fee.

Gratuities
A fee of 7% is charged on the basic room rate as a mandatory room fee for the staff. If you would like to acknowledge outstanding service, a further tip at the end of your stay will be graciously accepted by the staff. Your Villa Pantai experience is a team effort and our manager Gede will share all tips evenly amongst the staff.
